A kitchen must-have November 23, 2008 Any inexpensive cut of boneless beef or chicken breast can easily be transformed into 'cut it with a fork' tender entrees with the help of this little set of extra sharp knife blades. A great way to help stretch your money at the grocery store and still create a mouth-watering meal for your family. Easy to clean if you rinse it right after use, and it stores safely without danger an accident. A good product for a reasonable price.

Makes any steak as tender as a filet September 4, 2008 A friend told me about this tenderizer. I couldn't be more pleased with the results I get with it. I use it a lot for Porterhouse steak and it ends up as tender as the filet side. Wonderful tool!
Amazing kitchen tool August 23, 2008 Unbelievable results. The day I received this tenderizer, I truly put it to the test. I went to the store and bought a piece of beef brisket, the toughest cut of meat I could find. I brought it home, pierced it thoroughly, seasoned it and put it directly on the BBQ grill just like I would a steak. I grilled it medium rare and the results were amazing. It cut very easily, was easy to chew and very tasty. I just wish I had bought this thing years ago!
Steaks are Extremely Tender! July 24, 2008 Jaccard Tendermatic Meat Tenderizer 48 Blade Purchased this tool in May 2008 and have used it on Steaks, Roasts & Chicken. The ease of use along with the outstanding results are mind-baffling. Having seen it on the Emiril TV show, (highly recommended I might add) I thought it *might* be useful. Well, it's outdone itself in my opinion and now, I see Amazon has it at a lower price than I paid in May! Every steak aficionado out there owes it to themselves to have one of these!
