not bad January 6, 2009 great item for $ spent. It is very light weight, easy to move around, to fold and put away. Just have to take a little care while iron as it will tip a bit if you get carried away with the iron because it is so light. i dont find that a problem and am very happy with it.
Would not recommend January 2, 2009 Small and flimsy. It arrived with the legs bent. After bending them into shape - still not sturdy. Also it is smaller that most. For $23, it's not worth the trouble to return it, or I would have. Do yourself a favor and spend more for a decent ironing board.
The worse ironing board December 25, 2008 So flimsy, that it broke its legs when I gently opened it for the first time. I think that Amazon should not sell this item anymore!
functional and does its job December 24, 2008 One of my best friends suggested that I add an ironing board to my wish list because she came over to visit and saw that we were still using the small, tabletop ironing board that my husband had since college. She bought it for us for xmas.
I've never worked with an ironing board that wasnt some what cumbersome to prop its legs up so I didnt count it against it. The foam seems thinner than what would come on most other ironing boards, but it does the job and is great for the price.
It sure beats ironing on a 3' tiny table top board!
Very disappointing December 20, 2008 Too thin to spread cloth on it, flimsy, and jams easily. I have to step on the board's leg when I iron just so it does not fall on one of MY legs. Very disappointing.
