HandSHIELD1 is the best combination of comfort, weight and performance for all around use. This medium weight glove (10 gauge) offers heavy weight (Level 5) performance. These gloves also feature spiral wrapped steel for the strength of steel with the comfort to match. They also have the highest cut resistance by weight of any steel yarn on the market today and are full washable and bleachable, FDA accepted materials. The cuff contains durable, non-allergenic neoprene elastic for fit and comfort, and is color coded by size. The spiral wraps of steel are far more resistant to breakage than conventional yarn and the steel mono filaments that make up the spirals are encased in a textured polyester yarn. Additionally, the two covers of industrial strength polyester are for better grip and abrasion resistance. They are available in gray only with a color coded cuff and are packaged in individual poly bags.
