I could not find a better product the WWW over, than that of the CamSquare Food Container 22 Qt. Clear. I am using it for all of my baking needs, for all applications of yeast-risen breads -- from Italian focaccia to Jewish challah and German Schnecken. I purchased the largest container to cover all possible applications ranging from very large to very small, inclusive. I am totally satisfied ... VERY happy.
