| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.com Review Triple up on cooking efficiency with this 8-inch skillet from Berndes' Tricion series. Crafted with a three-ply construction of aluminum encased in stainless steel, all of the pan's surfaces heat exceptionally quickly and evenly while offering odor-, stain-, and corrosion-resistance. The design also won't react with acidic foods and cleans easily-so it's ideal for regular and versatile use. Simple yet sophisticated, the skillet features gently sloped sides, a flared rim, and a sleek, stay-cool riveted stick handle. It works well on all range types, including induction, and gives off a bright, mirror-polish glow that adds a professional complement to any kitchen. The skillet may be placed in the dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended. --Kara Karll

Good Pan for the cash March 25, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have had this pan for 9 months now - and waited to review it until I had given it significant use. I use this pan every morning to make breakfast for my fiance and I and it has worked out great and held up well.
Good Bachelor's Cooking Set Starter August 7, 2007 This is a great pan if you cook for one often, like I do. It is a perfect size for an omelet, and also works great for sauteing up some onions and garlic on the side for later addition to other dishes. The price is great and the quality of the materials is solid. This was also my first stainless steel pan, but it won't be the last, because nothing sticks if you use a little oil. A great buy!
