I am extremely happy with this vacumn, it has great suction and very very easy handling! If you want a great vacumn, then this is the one to buy. 5 star!
 Great bargain...great sweeper January 8, 2009
Take away all the bells and whistles, give the basic sweeper what it needs to get the job done and you end up with this sweeper. Rated #5 best sweeper by Consumer Reports, it comes in at a price that is outstanding among the $200 and $300 vacuum cleaners. It isn't real quiet, it isn't laden with useless tools, it is simple and does a great job... it is light and easy to manipulate around, especially since I have arthritis and neuropathy. Can't beat the price, if I didn't already say that. I ordered it one day, regular shipping, got it the next day. Thanks, it came at a time when we had company coming, old vacuum broke, couldn't afford an expensive one, couldn't believe the quality bargain.
Great vacuum, great value January 8, 2009
So far I really like this vacuum. I purchased it after reading the great reviews and looking at consumer reports. Also, the price is incredible! I would suggest buying this vacuum. I don't really like having to purchase vacuum bags since my last vacuum was bagless but that is only a minor complaint considering the purchase price.
Solid quality, but short hose January 7, 2009
I've had this vacuum for several months with no problems. It's solid quality. My only complaint is that the hose doesn't expand nearly as far as other vacuums, so you have to use the non-flexible extenders to do anything with it.
Hoover Tempo January 6, 2009
I would like to have known someone else was going to get them the same gift. I purchased this vacuum a while back for myself and one for a good friend. We both think it is a terrific product. This last one (the third one I purchased) was an X-Mas gift, and had to be returned for the reason above. It was my own fault, but it really bothered me I had to pay so much for the return shipping cost. In the future, I'll be a little reluctant to purchase another item by mail, especially a large item. I still think Amazon is a great company.
