I've been looking for some reasonably priced flatware for several months now and finally found a set that I'm very happy with. About 6 months ago I started a new job and moved into a new apartment, I'm trying to "class this place up" and replace some of my old college cheap-o housewares.
I do really enjoy cooking, and eating!, so I wanted to get a new set of flatware. I ordered this service for 4 just to try out and am pleasantly surprised. I would have never thought to order something so personal online without actually seeing and holding the serviceware.
However, the balance and weight on these are very good. They are a bit oversized, however I like them that way. They do have character and the mixture of brushed metal with shiny is just what I've been looking for.
So far, I've had these in the dishwasher at least 7 or 8 times and have yet to have one tarnish, rust, etc. They all look as good as new. I'm going to place an order for another set of 4 now that I've sufficiently tested them.

This silverware is nice, very heavy weight, handcrafted and EXPENSIVE. But it rusted the first time I didn't wash and dry it IMMEDIATELY after use. I will be returning this for something else most likely.

This flatware is sturdy, streamlined and pleasant to hold. I also like the look of their treble clef design but it rusted easily. This one does not, it holds up fine in the dishwasher. Always get compliments on it at parties.
