I use everything cast iron now. It is a great product and made in the USA. Will be buying more of there specialty products.... like the muffin pans and wok.

This item was a gift for my mother because she liked ours so much. Unfortunately, this one did not come with a cork trivet like ours did.

This is by far the best cooking pizza pan I have owned. I'm getting ready to order a second one so that I can cook 2 pizzas in one sitting. 5 stars for this one!

Once you use this cast iron pizza pan, you will NEVER go back to your pizza stone or teflon pan. This makes the best pizza ever. Cooks it perfectly, evenly and a nicely browned crust. I have several pieces of Lodge, vintage Griswold and Cajun Classic cast iron cookware and will cook with nothing else. So when I saw Lodge made a pizza pan, I had to have it. I love it! My husband says my pizza is better then any other pizza he has had. And that's quite a compliment since he is from Chicago. Home of the Chicago style pizza!

This is a grat pan to cook stir fries on and also pizza. The pizza dough recipe that comes with the pan is very good.
