This product was easy to install. I has no moving parts so I expect it to last for quite a while. I am pleased with this product. However, I didn't appreciate the high cost of shipping the product to me. These shipping charges will be the deciding factor in future purchases.

Item sent was not the one pictured.
The one wanted was a wall mount not
under cabinet mount.
 It holds up the towels May 8, 2008
What can I say--it does what it's supposed to do. It's inexpensive, and it holds the towel roll tightly, but still allows it to spin easily. It's a good product--exactly as advertised

These paper towel holders were purchased for our church's bathrooms and they have worked soooo much better than the plastic ones you get at the store! Thanks for a great product.

This thing is so much better than any of the pricier, overdesigned towel holders out there and once you get it on the wall with a roll in the frame, it's surprisingly easy on the eyes. I love it lots.
