Nice Product, Fast Delivery January 17, 2007
I placed the order two weeks before Christmas and had it in my hands a few days later, super fast processing and shipping. I didn't realize that my $30 fee covered Fed Ex shipping on this heavy item. Well packaged, all I had to do was screw the rotation track wheel onto the bottom of the Lazy Susan. The template track was outlined for the placement. I had it unpacked and assembled in about 20 minutes. I'm not sure why they didn't simply ship it with the track already attached and tested. I became a bit concerned when it didn't appear to spin too well on the track, what good is a lazy susan that doesn't spin? But a little nudging and about 10 minutes of spinning it back and forth and it loosened up (some lubricant might have helped but I didn't want to chance a mess on the table). Still, I found I had to put a couple of plastic table mats between the lazy susan and the wooden table to keep it from moving about during Xmas dinner. The more it was used the more the spin seemed to improve. It came in handy on a large table that seated seven people. All in all, quite satisfied.
