Very good disposal April 20, 2008
I bought this one to replace another model 191. It was in the house when we bought it 14 years ago. I figured if the first one was that good I would try it again!

I had one of these installed when the house was built. It just recently stopped working but it did make it 6-7 years. Uppgrading to the 291 since its the same excact dimmensions which should make it a fairly easy to install. Its only $10 more to go up to 1/2hp.

Pros: Simple to install. Works as advertised. I bought from them twice now. Fast shipping.

Cons: Gave it only 4 stars because it does not come ready to use with a wall plug adaptor. You will have to buy it separately for $10.

When our disposal went out, we discovered we could buy one at a fraction of the price we had been quoted for having a plumber put a new one in. WOW . it was so easy, and we didn't need any special tools. The unit is much quieter than our previous model. We did not change the metal chute in the sink, but it does come with a new one.
