Print Head August 31, 2008
This print head is good. I thought it was the print head but I didn't know where the printer ink cartridge was at first on the OfficeJet Pro. It's the front side left bottom there's pull-to-front tab that opens the printer's ink cartridge bay. Usually printer head doesn't go bad.
