IN DINNERWARE. IT'S LIGHT WEIGHT AND
UNBREAKABLE UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES,
ALSO IT'S A BEAUTIFUL PATTERN.
MY HUSBAND IS THE DISHWASHER AND THINGS
SEEM TO SLIP THROUGH HIS HANDS BUT SINCE
USING THE CORELLE IT'S BEEN GOOD.

 Salad plates? October 27, 2008

The salad plates turned out to be bread and butter plates. They were to be the most used item. They are certainly pictured wrong. The set I looked at at a retail shop had real salad plates. This is a huge disappointment and what can we do about it?

We got a good deal at amazon and the product was as good as the piece available in the near by NY store at much higher rate. packing was solid.

Very happy with the Corelle livingware set. Light weight, durable and I really like the mugs that hold 11 ozs and are pretty too!
Only complaint is that I would like the larger plates. This set comes with the dinner plates and the 6 inch plates. I believe the 8 inch plates are available for seperate purchase, however.
Great for kids learning table manners June 19, 2008
We got these for two rough and tumble boys who haven't mastered how to keep plates on the table. I hated using up dozens of paper plates a week, and wanted to make sure I knew when a plate hit the floor so I could correct the behavior. These have fit the bill perfectly. The boys are leaving the plates in place because they know I can hear when they are rough housing even if I'm getting juice in the fridge and can't see them! They are easy to clean and come out very well in the dishwasher. What more could a busy mom want?
