Decent cookbook November 14, 2008 I don't really like to cook so this was a great cookbook for me. It allows flexiability providing recipes for all numbers. I like most of the dishes in here. If you are not sure, try catching her show on the Food network to get an idea of what types of foods she uses and likes to make.
Just Another Cookbook November 10, 2008 I was not impressed with this book at all. If you're watching calories, as most of us are, this is not for you. The recipes are redundant. I have looked at the book twice and have not used anything I saw...too bad for Rachael....this one is a thumbs down...
Don't waste your money or time is my opinion..

Rachel Ray has done it again! What a delightful book with some fantastic recipes. I bought two as gifts and then had to buy one for myself as I kept finding recipes I liked for us!
Yummy! August 6, 2007 I got this book as a gift, and initially I wasn't too excited about it. I believe that we eat with our eyes, and that being said, I like cookbooks with pictures. I like images that make my mouth water and my hands eager to get to work. This book lacks visual stimulation, but it makes up for that in the recipes. I have now tried a number of these recipes, and for each one that I try, I have to make it a second time. I now have faith that whichever recipe I choose, it will taste fabulous and not require too much effort.

This is my 3rd book by Rachael Ray. As with all of them they are easy to read and use. I like this book in that it has the 2,4,6,or 8 people meals.Hope you enjoy cooking with this book.
