| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description This microwave takes most of the guesswork out of defrosting, reheating, and cooking! It has sensor settings for ten of the most popular microwave foods, and for popcorn as well. It also can keep things warm, and it can be programmed for four cooking stages. Powerful and roomy, equipped with a child lock, a timer, and a clock, it's ideal for family use.

Major Pluses; Irritating Minuses; Great Service October 12, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The Sharp R-320HK delivers high power, a 1.2 cubic foot oven, and many features with a small footprint that will fit in many kitchens with limited counter space. The Carousel feature was a major factor in my purchase. BUT the keypad has several drawbacks: The tiny lettering is light gray on medium gray; my elderly parents could not even read the numbers, which were shadowed in addition. I ended up putting sticky labels on, after finally getting Sharp to agree it would not invalidate my warranty. An irritating problem is that in order to select one of the TEN power settings, you must keep pressing power. It takes six punches to get medium (50%) and eight punches to get defrost (30%). And since this is a 1,200 watt oven, I often need to choose a lesser setting to match with recipes created for my previous, less powerful, 700 watt oven. Then, while cooking, the display only reads "COOK," not "DEFROST" or "MEDIUM" or "30%." The door makes a very loud snap when closed. All in all, I will keep this based on my favorable history with Sharp ovens, the oven size versus the small footprint, and the carousel. I have compensated for the hard to read keypad with sticky labels, and I just grumble each time I have to choose a power setting. Sharp has GREAT service. The carousel started acting up during the warranty period, and Sharp had an authorized repair facility within five miles of me. Most small appliance dealers make me go seventy five miles from here. I carried the oven in, they had the motor, and I carried it home in time for supper. I would DEFINITELY purchase Sharp again. And purchasing through Amazon was easy, cost effective, and with quick delivery.
micro relief October 6, 2008 the sharp 1200 watt micro was exactly what i wanted. the delivery time was amazing. the micro works very well and takes care of all my cooking needs.
Second One October 5, 2008 I really like this Sharp microwave...my first one was purchased four years ago and recently the rotating carousel quit working. I love the bisque color and found it difficult to find another microwave in bisque so I ordered the exact same model again. You can't beat the price and it does the job without taking up too much room on the counter. My only disappointment is that it is loud while operating and the door makes a loud noise when you close it.
Microwave September 15, 2008 Last one lasted 4 years on my boat. For the little use it gets I hope this one last much longer.

Looks OK, but made cheaply. Noisy while running and makes a loud noise when closing the door. I would not recommend it.
