Factory Sharp Edge November 24, 2008

My electric sharpener from Smith's works great. It sharpens both sides of the knife at the same time, so the edge is centered correctly. Also, the circular sharpening wheels create a "hollow ground" edge that's extra sharp - it's like the edge put on knives at the factories of top knife companies. I could not be more pleased.
