| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.com Review Artisan bread lovers and home bakers will relish Oneida's stylish Gourmet Collection bread knife. Made of premium 18/10 stainless steel, the sharp serrated blade cuts through even the crustiest bread with ease. The stainless-steel handle delights both the eye and hand with its satin finish and contoured shape, and features thumb and forefinger rests for a sure grip. Generously proportioned, the 10-inch blade and 5-1/2-inch handle add up to a long sleek work of art. Although the knife is dishwasher-safe, washing and drying by hand immediately after use is recommended. Oneida covers the knife with a 25-year warranty against defects. --Ann Bieri

Great knife, fantastic grip !!! May 14, 2007 Very sharp, cuts through bread very easily even when it is a little frozen.I love the grip, it is very comfortable and the knife is long enough so that fewers strokes are needed.
Bread Knife May 12, 2007 This is a terrific bread knife and a good value. It cuts tomatos well too.

I bought this knife a couple of weeks ago mainly for slicing up tomatoes, and other veggies. My wife asked where I got such a sharp knife and could we see if they have something in a steak knife size. My point is we are very pleased with this knife.

It works well, but would like to have seen finer serrations for a smoother cut.
