Product Description
This cutting board is a premium grade commercial cutting surface for the home. It is ideal for food preparation, as well as for serving and food presentation, or as a trivet. The cutting board is made from an environmentally friendly natural wood fibre composite, used by chefs and commercial kitchens for over 40 years. The cutting surface won't dull knives and is extremely durable; it is dishwasher safe and heat resistant to 350F. As well, the non-porous surface prevents the growth of bacteria and unwanted food odours. Removable silicone grippers on each corner of the board elevate the surface off the countertop (so you can flip the board over without dirtying the counter, while avoiding the underside of the cutting board coming into contact with a dirty or wet countertop) and hold the board in place, preventing it from slipping.

Clean with soap and water. Dishwasher safe. Maintenance free: there is no need to oil the cutting board.
