Product Description
This cutting board is a premium grade commercial cutting surface for the home. It is ideal for food preparation, as well as for serving and food presentation. The handle makes it easy to grab and use and its small stature makes simple storage possible. The cutting board is made from an environmentally friendly natural wood fibre composite, used by chefs and commercial kitchens for over 40 years. The cutting surface won't dull knives and is extremely durable; it is dishwasher safe and heat resistant to 350F. As well, the non-porous surface prevents the growth of bacteria and unwanted food odours.

Clean with soap and water. Dishwasher safe. Maintenance free: there is no need to oil the cutting board. The board will develop a richer colour over time.
