Best kitchen knives going November 1, 2008 Chicago cutlery walnut traditions are the best kitchen knives going. And at a fair price. I prefer them even over the more expensive german knives. You do need to oil the handles every so often though and don't put them in the dishwasher.
Very satisfied. September 16, 2008 The knife sets arrived on schedule and are a wonderful gift item as prepared. My only concern is the amount of packing used to ship these items, and the fact that I have ordered 3 sets before and had them arrive in 2 different oversized boxes when shipped the same day. I was amazed at the overkill used in packaging.
Chicago Cutlery Knife Set May 2, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have owned a set of Chicago Cutlery knives for nearly 25 years. Sooner or later everything starts to wear out, so I decided to replace some of the knives in my original set. I was thrilled to find that Chicago Cutlery was still producing the same knives I had purchased years ago. The new knives are every bit as good as the originals and for the price, I doubt if there is a better value on the market. I fully expect that these knives will be the last I ever have to buy.
good set April 21, 2008 Ok I'm not a pro on this, but I've been using this set for 6 weeks now and I'm very satisfied with it. It looks solid, it cuts really good! That's all I'm asking!
Wonderful Set March 17, 2008 A wonderful way to round out your kitchen. All the knives are chef quality and will last for years.
