Product Description Every kitchen should have at least a couple of skillets in different sizes for preparing eggs, fish, meat, and poultry. The benefits of non-stick include easy food release and clean up as well as requiring no extra fat for cooking.
Amazon.com Review Crafted from a blend of materials, this 10-inch-diameter deep skillet from Farberware offers the excellent conductivity of aluminum with the convenience of a nonstick interior. The pan features highly polished 2-1/4-inch sides with a slight slope--great for cooking cornbread or frying meats. Oven-safe to 350 degrees F, the pan requires little oil during cooking, releases food with minimal sticking, and cleans up easily. Its comfortable phenolic handle is stoutly riveted, stays cool during stovetop use, and sports a hanging ring. Farberware recommends hand washing and the use of wooden, plastic, or nylon utensils to best preserve the skillet's interior. --Emily Bedard

10" farberware fry pan November 19, 2008 Great pan ! Cook evenly, and you need very little spray or oil. Cleans very easily. I would highly recommend this pan.
Shockingly Small July 16, 2008 I'm sure this is a good product. Be aware that it is much smaller than your customary 10 inch pan. It is dwarfed by the classic Faberware 10 inch pan. Probably because the other one is square bottom and this one is sort of curved. Just be aware.
Not true to size August 25, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I ordered this pan to fit a 10 inch lid I own. This pan measures 9 3/4 inches external diameter and 9 1/2 internal at the rim. As it doesn't fit my lid, I will be sending it back. Quality-wise, it looks good. My Revere Polished Aluminum 10-Inch Nonstick Skillet is an actual 10 inches.
Good skillet! March 21, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I didn't expect it to last for a year, but it did last over an year! It looks cheap, but really useful! Be sure only use no more than the hi heat. This will help your skillet to last longer and you will eat less teflon. The nonstick surface is still nice with only few light utensil marks. One reason I like about this skillet is that it's a little deeper than most of the skillet. That allows me to stir fry easily! The pan is actually smaller than 10", about 9.5". All Farberware's 10" skillets have the same shape and use the same cover!
