Blessed with large, easy-to-read markings, the five measuring spoons in this set make any cook's work easier. They're permanently secured by a solid ring, are sturdily made of thick, red plastic, and are dishwasher-safe. The spoons accurately measure 1/4-teaspoon, 1/2-teaspoon, 1-teaspoon, 1/2-tablespoon, and 1-tablespoon amounts. Their handles are slightly curved, making it easier to obtain level measurements in the proper wrist position. KitchenAid says the first year of the spoons' lifetime warranty against defects is hassle-free; the company will ship a replacement at no cost and without question if a defect is detected. --Fred Brack

KitchenAid has put out an extremely nice set of measuring spoons that are thick plastic and durable. The white writing has not rubbed off at all, even after daily use of three years and putting them in them in the dishwasher. The included ring is even nice, allowing you to take off or put back on, a single spoon as you need it and the ring still closes to a nice close. These are really nice.

My wife loves these. Not only do they match the rest of her kitchen items but they are durable and come with a great holder to organize them. Well worth the money.

Exactly what I wanted. Sturdy, accurate & I like the look. Measurement readings clearly marked in both teaspoon & ml . Great price. Shipping didn't take too long. Would purchase again if needed.
Kithenaid is the best! January 28, 2007
When people come to my kitchen all they see is RED!! I have been collecting the red series from Kithenaid and have not been displeased yet with ANY of their products! This measuring spoon set is the best I have had. I do a LOT of baking so I use my bakeware on a regular basis. I know quality and that is why I am stuck on Kitchenaid. You will not be disappointed with this measuring spoon set!

A great product. Very sturdy and accurate. However, I found them for half the price at Target after I had purchased from Amazon. Food for thought.
