THE VERY BEST CUTTING BOARD AND ONLY ONE EVERYONE SHOULD BUY June 24, 2008
This should be the only type of cutting board on the market and I have no idea why I don't see it used by chefs on TV. It's solid, slender, and not too heavy. It's also non-porous so it's easy to clean without worrying about bacteria and it dries really fast. It can be put in the dishwasher. It doesn't dull blades. It's really a winner and I particularly love the kind with the juice groove. Trust me, it's the best. It's pricier for a reason - it works the best and it will last for a long time.
