| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description This Cuisipro Deluxe Dual Grater combines 2 of the most frequently used grating surfaces in one unit. The grater offers dual grating surfaces: fine and coarse, non-slip ends and sliding handguard. Use the coarse surface for hard cheese, citrus zest and vegetables and use the fine surface for Parmesan cheese and garlic. Offers handles at both ends, making grating easy. Eyelet on ends for hanging. Stainless steel. Dishwasher safe.

I returned in October 24, 2007 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
The theory of having dual graters was attractive, but the reality is that this grater felt cheap and flimsy. I returned it before usung it so it may have been a great product I did not like the feel of it.
Not so sharp July 11, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have had this grater about two months and have not used it that much. Only to zest lemons, limes, and to mince garlic and ginger. When I first got it, it was as sharp as a razor and worked beautifully. After minimal use, it is so dull that it will not zest a lime. I would not be afraid to run it over my face. If you are considering buying a grater/zester, I suggest you try another brand, I know I will.
$14.99 for the plastic covered version July 24, 2006 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I wasn't sure at first if this was an indulgence purchase influenced by al the television appearances of microplane graters. Happily, that's not the case. This is much easier to use than my old grater board and I even grated garlic cloves without any bloodshed.
It is so sharp and fast and easy to use, that I have doctored quick broths with the addition of disintergrated ginger and garlic; these semi-raw additions near the end of the process push my quick soups to taste very much like a ten dollar bowl of restaurant ramen noodles.

I love this microplaner. The fine grater makes the lightest, thinnest shred of fruit peel I have ever seen. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the rounded rubber tip makes it less stable when pressing against my cutting board. I wish they would have made the edge square instead of rounded.
