Certified 100% Wallenford Estate coffee; your assurance that this coffee is of Blue Mountain grade and quality. A fine medium bodied treat which exudes a slight crisp, snap on the palate and holds the aftertaste. This coffee is rare, indeed; hence, the price tag. However, even if this coffee were mass produced, it would still garner a sizable differential on the open market due to it's most desirable flavor profile. We roast this coffee at the Viennese level to maximize and preserve the "value" for your palate.
