Amazon.com Review Virtually unbreakable, this lightweight, vacuum-insulated thermos travels to work or your favorite recreation spot. On arrival, and for hours afterward, coffee, tea, or soup will still be hot. Or lemonade, pasta salad, or a sports drink will still be chilled. Compact (7 inches high) and shapely, this thermos has a "waist" for firm gripping indented in its satin-finish exterior and tough, nonslip, black plastic top and bottom. There's a choice of two twist tops, one for coffee and another, with a stainless steel strainer, for tea--each has a sip-hole, and a cap twists onto either to prevent spills. Fine threading ensures tops and cap seal tightly, while the smooth interior cleans with sponge or cloth. Preheating or prechilling with hot or cold water is recommended. --Fred Brack

Best Ever December 3, 2008 As someone who is on the go most of the day, I really appreciate a good hot cup of coffee or tea and this cup is the answer. My drink will stay hot for hours and I never have to worry about any leakage.
Leak Free November 30, 2008 I bought this specifically because I wanted something that doesn't leak. Since this one actually said you turned it upside down to infuse, I figured it must actually be leak proof (instead of just claiming it like all the other ones I bought). Sure enough, it's leak proof.
The only "down side" I can think of is that when I fill it with a scalding hot beverage, the outside never gets very warm. This typically would be a good thing, but I like to walk to work holding a nice warm mug to warm my hands.
Hot beverages lasts for hours (hot for a few hours, still lukewarm after 6 or so), probably due in part to the "down side" of it not giving off very much heat.
Compared to other mugs when drinking without any lid on, this ones much easier on the lips.. no jagged ridges. Still could be better in this area, but I've never seen a mug that has awesome sipping ability while the lid is off.
Great tea traveler! November 24, 2008 This is a much better product than other tea travelers out there. Just be careful you don't burn your mouth on the first use! That's what I did. If you want to drink your tea right away don't put the sipper or cover on and let your drink cool for a few minutes first. It fits very nicely in the cup holder in my car. I use this tea traveler almost every day and I'm really happy with it.
This is the best coffee mug I've ever owned, bar none. November 24, 2008 I love this coffee mug. It's great for hot and cold beverages. It also has a nice, tight seal that I'm never worried about: I keep it strapped to my backpack, or in my day bag.
I have put coffee in this mug at 7AM and found it still hot around 11AM.
The only possible downside to this mug is that it's a little on the small side. It holds about mug's worth of liquid. That's almost exactly right for me (I drink a cup of coffee in the morning, and then pack another for when I'm at work -- probably more caffeine than I need!), but I could see other people wanting more.
Awesome for the loose tea lover November 13, 2008 I was first drawn to this product when I found out that it has a special loose tea compartment, which was exactly what I was looking for. The basket holes are a little wide, so fine pieces from herbal teas will fall through, but overall it does the job. As for coffee: it makes two cups from my french press, pours into a starbucks "tall" and leaves room for milk. So for coffee or tea, this little thermos is perfect to take anywhere. I've had no leaks or spills.
