Best Pans ... E VAH!!! November 8, 2008 I recently purchased these pans for the house. I already had a pair of Caphalon half-sheet pans that I was happy with, but needed more. Since I got these, I hardly ever use the Caphalons anymore. For one thing, there was always a loud "GONG" when the name-brand pans heated up and warped. These pans don't do that. They are also much easier to clean than the Caphalons. I was so impressed that I ordered two more. If you use half sheet pans a lot or are looking to stock a new kitchen, I HIGHLY recommend these.
A Kitchen Essential June 30, 2008 Stop wasting your money on Chicago Metallic and get these instead! They're half the price and work twice as well. Unlike my Chicago Metallic sheet pan, these do not buckle in the oven, even at 500F. If you like making cookies (flip it over), roasting vegetables, baking bread and crackers, etc., you will use these as often as I do. Get two or three, you'll be glad you did.
Sheet Pan is multitasker! May 14, 2008 Right size.Durable for many tasks. Cook bacon in oven, rack for draining fried foods, etc. Very pleased with this pan.
Value Sheet Pan Half Size April 8, 2008 Value Sheet Pan Half Size, Single After reading other reviews for this product we bought two of them. It is an excellent product and cooks cookies and potato wedges perfectly. The price is also right.
Good Heavy Half Sheet Pan April 2, 2008 Good quality Half Sheet Pan. I have two that I use almost daily and they are great. Never warp and Clean-up easy.
I line mine with aluminum foil and place beneath anything that might drip and I use a silpat whenever baking. Doing this they still look like new.
