Spoon for the Ages December 12, 2007
This is a great spoon. Make sure that if you're going to be using it to stir a rioux, use the red one. It's for high temps. I melted a beige colored one which wasn't meant for high heat. Just make sure of the temperature rating for the spoon you're planning to purchase. In fact...just get the red high temp one and you should avoid any melt-downs.
