exactly what i wanted - hard to find color, great price, rapid response, perfect condition....
 Etched and worn in a period of months September 18, 2008
I have owned these dishes for about 3 years now and am already looking to replace them. They look like I have had them for 30 years--etched terribly from the use of silverware. I am embarrassed to use them with company. I will never buy fiestaware again. What an expensive lesson!

I received these sets from my wedding registry. When I began opening the boxes, it was clear that the sets purchased directly from Amazon looked different. The center rings were not defined like the boxes labels "genuine Fiesta ware" that came from third party sellers. So I decided to return them. Although Amazon boasts easy returns from their wedding registries, this was not at all the case. I returned five sets, and have only received refunds for two of them. In addition, I've spent at least three hours on the phone with their unskilled customer service agents trying to clear up the issue. While the UPS receipts CLEARLY shows the weight of FOUR sets, they will only refund one from one of the shipments. Every time I call customer service to (once again) try to clear up the issue, I get another person telling me that the sets were delivered to Kentucky (signed for and confirmed by UPS) and customer service agents are in India and there is nobody in the continental United States that I can speak to. I'm almost ready to just hang it up and forget about the refund because I am so frustrated. Just a word of warning to brides using Amazon's registry -- DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO EASILY RETURN GIFTS. I have been a 10 year customer of Amazon and am ready to never purchase from them again.
New set is fine June 20, 2008
I recieved a set of fiesta- the bowl had a crack in it. Amazon sent a new set out right away. The new set was fine. It's a pleasure doing business with amazon.com
