Pleasant Little Chocolate Cookbook October 31, 2000

I bought this cookbook when I was about 8 years old from a Scholastic book sale at my school. Since then, it has been quite the useful companion. The receipes are very simple for a child and yet still usable for adults. You can make yummy things like Hot Fudge Sauce, Chocolate Pancakes, Real Chocolate Cupcakes, various fudges and cakes as well as pies and even ice creams. There's a section with some puzzles and another section with safety tips and explainations of how to work with certain ingredients like eggs. All in all, I found this book to be a wonderful treasure for a chocaholic like myself and I'm sure it will be enjoyable to others.
